  8. This software is copyrighted.  However, it (both source and binary) are
  9. freely copyable for NON-COMMERICAL AMATEUR RADIO USE ONLY.  For ANY other

  12. This software will allow you to get on 1200 baud packet radio with minimal
  13. hardware.  You will need:
  14.  
  15.     - a PC with a parallel port
  16.     - a UHF/VHF radio
  17.     - a modem (interface details and references in the documentation)
  18.     - this software
  19.  
  20. You will need a modem before you can do much with this program.  The current
  21. version hangs the machine if no modem is plugged in so you can't even get
  22. in and play around.

  32. The documentation (PMP.DOC) can be printed by dumping it to your printer:

  36. The documentation contains installation, configuration, and modem interface
  37. details but is by no means complete.  You will discover several nifty
  38. undocumented features if you read the source.
